So if I'm reading this correctly, the Mets came back from a 7-1 deficit with 2 outs in the 7th. Wow.

Also, apparently Matt Williams had Anthony Rendon bunt in the 9th with a 3-1 count.

      Get out of here.
What do you think...we're playing The Show or something?
That can't happen...I've heard it from numerous posters!(well.....the same 4 over and over anyway)

I'm surprised the Nats fans haven't started screaming comeback code.

          But seriously...

          Holy Smoke.....

I rage quit on the game early.....did a little editing and watched Narcos.....then came back in time to see the comeback.

          WOW.

This has to be the closest you could ever come without hitting a home run over the green monster:

Coverage includes audio and video clips, interviews, statistics, schedules and exclusive stories.

Yea MLB ****ed up on that one...LOL. It hit off the ledge. NESN showed a great replay that was out in LF in the stands but at the same height as the Monster and it was gone.

More reason why MLB needs to fix up these replays. Seems like people watching on tv get better views of thing than replay center gets at times....What seems obvious to people watching on tv, seems to take replay center like 3-5 minutes to decide.

Not talking this play specifically, but in general on replays, it seems that way.

Cause many times, if a challenge isn't overturned, it's only cause there isn't enough evidence to support it so they just go with the umps original call, not cause there is enough evidence to support the umps call.

If I am Mike Rizzo, I find that to be a fireable offense. Williams is dead meat anyway.

I dunno, Mike Rizzo may need to touch up his resume some. After all, he was the one that built this team that is constantly falling below fan and media expectations. As I said earlier I wouldn't be surprised if both are thrown out of DC at the end of the year.

I never wanted the replay system in any form anyway.....but this doesn't make sense.

If there isn't enough evidence to go either way....that it's so close you can't even support it one way or the other definitively on replay(which is doubtful in itself)....why and how would you justify changing a call made on the field?

It's always nice to dominate the Anaheim Imposters. Can't even remember the last time we lost a game versus them.

We have won 9 in a row against them I believe.

Serving up a leadoff triple to Carpenter is one way to avoid dealing with Lester's yips...
