I so hope that the Yankees win this series. If they win this series, they can get to the World Series. The Twins match up the best with them, but I hope they win, because I want to see a Yankees-Dodges World Series.

After that, none of the Twins pitchers scare me.

Radke would have been the Yankees ace this year.


No predictions other than this should be a 5 game series and it will be exciting.

I love playoff baseball.

Maybe with his overall numbers. But lately I'd take Mussina, over him easily, El Duque if he's healthy, and you could make a case for Leiber.

But we'll see what happens.

It should be interesting to see how Lieber does in the playoffs. He's been pitching well lately but I think he's better suited to pitching against patient teams like the Red Sox because he throws so many strikes and gets ahead in the count. The Twins might be able to get on him early.

I hate to burst your bubble, but I don't think the Dodgers are even going to get past the first round. STL is just too strong offensively for them IMO.

The Yanks/Twins series should be interesting. Santana is soooo good that if the Yanks can beat him in game 1, that might deflate the Twins a little and make this a quick series for the Yanks. This should be a pretty good series IMO.

It's going to come down to Santana and I don't think the Yanks can beat him, espically with what the Yankees have for pitching. I think it's going to come down to a game 5 and Santana will come up in a big way in Yankee stadium.

Santana won't pitch game 5 if it goes that far. The Twins' rotation in the first round is:

Game 1 - Santana
Game 2 - Radke
Game 3 - Silva
Game 4 - Santana
Game 5 - Radke
