Okay, look. It was 2 to 1 in the bottom of the second. There were two men on (forgot where) and two out. Biggio pops it up HIGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Furcal and Jones were running out to the side/back of 3rd base to catch it, but it hits the roof and took a weird backtrack, so they lost it, but Russ Ortiz came and caught it. Now, it should be an catch for the 3rd out right? WRONG. Under the rules of the Minute Maid Field or whatever, a ball that hits the roof is considered foul. Now, it's stupid because in the Metrodome, it still counts as an out if caught.
THEN, Biggio hits a three run HR after going back up. Beltran hits a double, and Bagwell drives him in.
5 to 2 Houston.Comment

Thanks Matrix. I guess I'll catch that on SC tonight. It's an odd thing to happen, but I guess that's the rules of Minute Maid Field. However, I do think there should be a global ruling in MLB about balls that hit the roof.Comment

I just find it RIDICULOUS, how we cant get a damn basehit with runners in scoring position. Is it that hard?! You know the damn splitters are coming with two strikes, lay off it!

The Astros are better, but ... the Braves have had so many chances it's driving me crazy!
