Wow, what a series this has shaped up to be.

When the Sox went down 3-0, I was thinking to myself.. 'what if they, somehow, came back to force a Game 7..' I mean, I almost knew that it wouldn't happen.. but now that it has, I mean.. wow.

Neither pitching staff is looking really strong right now.. who is going for the Yanks tonight, Brown or Vazquez?

Well, Boston has too be the favorites now. I have zero confidence in the Yankees pitching. Brown has gotten rocked his last 2 games against Boston. Vazquez has yet to pitch well in months. El Duque might be good for a couple innings, maybe one for Mussina. That's not exactly what you want on the mound for game 7. Only positive is Rivera got a night off last night.

Boston's not in great shape, but much better shape than the Yankees.

I guess I can only pray for either some Yankee Stadium magic, or Francona to pull a Grady.

How do you think the Yanks pitching will play out.

From the Sox i think they're looking for 3 innings from Lowe, 3 from Wake, 1 each from Timlin and Embree and then who knows if they need somebody to close it. Foulke is completely gassed. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pedro on in relief in a tight game.

I think we're going to see a 8-7, 9-8 game tonight. Neither team can put an arm out on the mouch tonight that's going to shut down the opposition.
Should be exciting.

You HAVE to want El Duque on the mound tonight. He's the only man of those three that I'd trust going up against Boston tonight.

Pitch him, and Boston has a very hard time beating them.
