    Re: Yankees-Red Sox ALCS Thread

This performance by Lieber has been a pleasant surprise! I thought he would have a good game, 3 runs in 6 innings, but he definently passed my expectations.

With Gordon's recent struggles and the way Lieber is pitching, I would love to see him go one more inning before handing the ball to Mo.

If Mo gets Damon out, he will still have the 2-3-4 hitters to deal with in the 9th. Even though its Mo... the game's not over till Frank Sinatra hits the loudspeakers.

How does damon strike out looking in that situation. He has looked terrible in this series.

pedro is good, but i don't think the yanks should sign him. You guys are commending him for giving up 3 runs in 6 innings. While that is good against this team's lineup, the standard should be higher than that. Pedro isn't going to get any better, and i hope the yanks sign some other pitchers instead. Hopefully Giambi can make a succesful recovery to like he was playing 2 years ago.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

In baseball today giving up 3 runs in 6 or 7 innings makes the guy an ace.
