Exactly. No need for MLB to be taking sides.

I know the Yanks are probably the biggest sports cash cow and popular team in the entire WORLD(Dunno compared to Manchester United or Real Madrid but they have to be up there.).. but for MLB to do that, that's just silly.

If Joe Momandpop made those shirts and was hawking them outside of Yankee Stadium, I'm sure the Red Sox fans walking by would treat it like the Yankee fans walking by treat Bob Momandpop when he hawks Yankees Suck/Jeter Swallows T-Shirts outside of Fenway. All it is is someone that ironed logos on.. no big deal, but these are professionals that made those shirts. It's almost like MLB making "Mike Piazza Plays Ball.. FOR THE OTHER TEAM" t-shirts or something similar that shows bias. Leave the insults on the shirts to Joe and Bob Momandpop, MLB :P

No they didn't. They're going to try to get him in for game 5. Sounds doubtful though.

there was no "yes, he will play"

Yes, but since when does "most likely" mean out for playoffs?

Anyways, I haven't been in this thread much at all, but I can't wait for the rest of the series. The Yanks did a good job of holding off the Sox in game 1 toward the end. Lets hope we can turn things around and tie the series up a game a piece tonight.

                              GO SOX!!
