Not sure why the Astros just gave Rodriguez 2nd base on that. Easy SB.

    4 walks for Keuchel now.

Michael Wacha vs Jonathan Niese tonight. Hopefully St.Louis can turn things around with their bats tonight.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Yeah, he's been all over the place.

Meanwhile, the movement Tanaka gets on his pitches are incredible. That 2-seamer has some serious run on it.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Hmm, Girardi might have a case here...

                What a terrible throw, though.

Umpires huddle, but don't overturn, and the call isn't reviewable.

Not sure why there's a line if it doesn't matter. Girardi arguing to get thrown out. But it's not happening.

No love lost for the Yankees here, but yeah that's a bad look for MLB. Think they're playing under protest now.

And now a call that went in the Yankees favor is about to get overturned.

So weird to see Joba pitching for the Indians. I'm sure his first trip to Cleveland still gives him nightmares.

Detwiller and Chamberlain give the Indians 1.2 scoreless. Joba has really lost alot in his fb, mostly an 89-91 guy

I think it's a very very subtle thing where it's an abbreviated wind up which can look like he's pitching out of the stretch. IIRC he did some of that in Toronto but not to a great extent.

A lot of starters these days are going with the abbreviated wind up or outright pitching from the stretch with nobody on which I think makes some sense considering that for most pitchers, they're going to be pitching from the stretch more often than not.
