I've watched a couple pretty bad Twins teams live in my day, but seeing the Padres live tonight...that lineup is by far the worst I've seen. Good grief.

      Cardinals lost in extra innings.

      Wacha looked terrible.

His fastball was really flat last night. Has it always been that way or could it have been a result of the cold?

It hasn't always been that way. I'm not sure if it was the cold or just he's in a funk right now. He didn't pitch that well in Spring Training either.

Hope he snaps out of it soon.

When we put 5 runs on the board, we need to win those games.

Kenta Maeda on the mound tonight. He a had a good spring. Looking forward to seeing if he carries that over to the regular season.

If he gives up more than two hits he will be a bust in my eyes.

Cano with a homer in his third straight game to start the season. So, so nice to see him starting off well after the first half of last season.

Saw that he didn't hit his third until June last year. I have a soft spot for the Mariners from my time in Oregon and want to see him do well there.

I didn't see any talk about it in here, and kinda surprised because we have some Jays fans. What do you guys think about the Bautista interference call last night?

It is being discussed in their team thread...

I'm surprised you didn't notice my visceral first impression of the loss last night.

Did you post it in this thread? Or just the team thread? Because I hadn't looked at the team thread before I made my post.

Right now though, i'm one very pissed off Jays fan. What a crummy way to lose the game. Bautista did NOTHING to impede the throw to first. Yes, his arm was near his foot but it only grazed the leg just as he was throwing the ball. There's no way that affected the play.
