It's exactly what I was hoping for though. This kid needs more starts for the Cardinals.

      Oh, Atlanta.

Looks like you really want that #1 pick.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Just in time for the yanks. On one hand, it will be awesome to see, on the other hand, it could be devastating to watch from my perspective.

Yeah, getting tired of people acting like it's worse than ever. And I've never been a fan of the on-screen strikezone pitchtrack thing. Won't be long until people go from implying to demanding that human umpires calling balls and strikes need to go.

I was at the induction ceremony today. Had a blast. Griffey had the waterworks on display from the onset, but I still love him. I'm red from head to toe but it was all worth it.

Obviously I'm looking forward to seeing him at the Major League level but odds are his impact over the next few days won't be "devastating" to you.

I'm old enough (42) to have followed his entire career. Griffey is my favorite player of all-time. I'm very pleased that he had the highest percentage of ballots in his favor in the history of the Hall.

                    Dear Mike Mayers,

Here is a one way ticket back to Memphis.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

The 4 idiots who didn't vote for him have to have their voting rights stripped.

You have to remember that they didn't vote "no," they just voted "yes" on others. Maybe they thought it was more important their ten votes counted toward other people who they felt needed the votes to get in, whereas they were certain he would make it in.

Now, if they didn't use up all ten votes, I'd agree with you.

Yea we have no idea who the 3 guys were or why they did it. And there is no way to even narrow it down with the ballots that have been released. I think the percentage was around 50%. I heard that from one guy that has a vote for now and releases his ballot every year.
