If he assisted in them winning a single game than he should get a ring. I'm pretty sure he did.

I would love to see any of you in the Bo Sox clubhouse and vote a "no" on this one. His former teammates voted him the full share, so why not? As far as I recall this is the same front office that showed him very little respect last winter, while the whole time he just kept his mouth shut and handled things with grace.Comment

technically he should get a ring. He was there for the majority of the season tho most of it was on the bench due to injury. Looking at it from a logical standpoint he shouldn't get a ring IMO.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

He did not play in the months of April, May, August, September and October. The Sox went 56-46 with him on the roster (19-19 with him in the lineup) and went 42-18 after the trade without him. He did not help this team win the World Series so why should he get a ring for WINNING THE WORLD SERIES.
