Add Edinson Volquez and Brett Eibner to the ever growing list of Tommy John Surgeries.

Another position player to pitcher conversion who requires TJ. Dariel Alvarez, Eibner, Anthony Gose is on DL with an "elbow strain," Ike Davis went on the DL mysteriously a week after throwing bullpen sessions (I dunno really what happened to Davis, cannot find any info at all).

I feel like I might be missing someone, but that's what I can remember from this year so far.

Also, I thought Edinson Volquez was out with a knee issue? I didn't see anything about Tommy John for him.

The Braves have crashed back down to reality. The offense has become anemic at best. They would need to go 20-27 to match last years' record and at this point I am not so sure they will do that. I was hoping they'd eclipse 70 wins this year. It's looking like it'll be close.

Couple of notes here.

With the win tonight the Dodgers are now 40-6 since June.

3rd time this year we've had at least a 9 game winning streak. The other 29 teams have a combined 4.
