    Wow, thats it?

Figured Tucker would be involved for sure.

What a bad deal for Pittsburgh.

The Pirates went with players that were either close to the MLB or have played in the MLB. Moran was the big name and is blocked in Houston, but he crushed AAA last year and could allow the Pirates to trade an infielder. Feliz has been a solid young reliever in the MLB the past two years. Musgrove wasn't good as a MLB starter last year, but his transition to the bullpen was very successful. He was decent as a starter in 2016, so the Pirates have some options. Martin looks like a 4th OF type. The return for the Pirates is fine, but nothing special.

Pirates got criticized when they traded Melancon for Rivero. I'd say that worked out just fine. Probably should wait and see on this before people get all worked up.

Now with Moran in the picture, pretty sure Josh Harrison will be on the move (to no one's surprise).

I hope the Jays can acquire him on the cheap.

Rockies and Charlie Blackmon avoid arbitration with a one year/14 m contract. This makes me very happy. Going into his age 32 season, I know it's imprudent for a longer contract, but I sure like him as a ballplayer. If he were 27, the Rockies wouldn't be able to afford him.

I could see Tampa asking for the world for Archer. I still don't understand why the Cards want to mortgage their future so much but oh well...

Could be a domino effect, especially for the teams that missed out on Cole and need an SP.

Looks like Howie Kendrick is going back to the Nationals.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

#Brewers continue to be “in” on RHP Jake Arrieta & also 3B Michael Moustakas with the idea that if they signed Moustakas they could trade Travis Shaw to NYY, ATL or NYM according to a club source.

Please don't trade Shaw to the Yankees. That would make the Thornburg trade even worse...
