Wasn't the Blair tweet about how Jays would package Bo to get rid of Morales (which would be stupid)

The stove has gotta be burning for Realmuto. There's not many teams out there that couldn't use a really good catcher.

Love the the Brewers are jumping in like this. They didn't buy the "we're ahead of schedule so let's take it easy!" crap. Played well in 2017 and now they have two studs locked in for 5 years. Strike while the iron is hot, baby! If they want Teheran, call us up.

As for the Marlins, well, they're about on the same level as cancer in my eyes. What a truly despicable organization.

So assuming the Brewers trade Santana. How's the outfield alignment look. Yelich in LF Cain in CF Braun Back to RF? Or do you keep Braun in LF, Yelich in CF, and Cain in RF?

            Sounds like...

            Braun - LF
            Cain - CF
            Yelich - RF

Braun didnt like playing RF a couple years back.

Yelich has a cap gun for a throwing arm, so I doubt you'll be seeing much of him in RF. He's a CF/LF type. He has yet to log an inning as a right fielder in the major leagues.

The two Brewers deals yesterday show how horrible the Pirate's front office is. Usually not a fan of Boras, but he was right about the Pirates.

A potential deal of MIL sending Santana to CLE for Salazar makes all the sense in the world. Almost too much sense. Cleveland has a plethora of starting pitchers, and they have a need that Santana can fill (we need another righty bat in the lineup). The Indians can let Mike Clevinger take Salazar's spot in the rotation. The Indians also only have 2 right-handed bats projected in their lineup. Salazar would definitely bolster the starting 5 for the Brewers. Hoping this deal can get done.

                    Agreed!

I think we end up with either Salazar or Duffy... Possibly as soon as today.

                    Stay tuned fellas!

Ok Brewers have signed Cain. Now let's get J.D. Martinez to sign with the Red Sox, Darivsh to sign with the Cubs and let's get this thing going!!!

Sounds like the Brewers are shopping Brett Phillips as well.

Also looks like Ryan Braun will spend some time at 1B this year. Possible platoon with Thames.

Alcides Escobar and the Royals are close to a deal.

Cubs might be wise to try to sign Darvish AND either sign Cobb or trade for Archer...

might sound like a lot, but they're under the tax threshold...next year will be different, though.

I just can't keep from shaking my head with what is happening in Miami. Every fire sale is wrong. No fanbase should subjected to that. Just my take.

There's loyalty in sports anymore. I have jersey's with no number's on them. Can't get to attached to a stud player on your team. Sooner or later when the team used them up. They will ship them out. Marlins have two World Series doing this b.s. SMDH!
