Cardinals sign Edward Mujica to a minor league deal with no invitation to Spring Training. Mujica will report directly to Memphis.

We had a deal on the table, but then they wanted us to up the offer after hearing about Yelich trade.

I doubt we get him, very expensive... We lost enough of our farm.

I would rather go Arrieta and Salazar.

The Phillies got him and my Astros got Giles. I'm not sure who lost on that exchange. [emoji38]

I have no idea how he knows this, but Jon Heyman tweeted tonight that the Brewers are hoping/planning to land two of the following three pitchers: Darvish, Arrieta, or Cobb.

My hat would be off to them if they made it happen...but I see 1 of 3 as a win for them.

Yea, Heyman.... We dont have that kind of money.

Talk on the Brewers board is we want to add 2 SPs... One of the big 4 and one lesser SP via trade.

Man...I was looking at the calendar today and realized we are only 54 days away from Opening Day! That's exciting...but man, people need to sign already.

About 10-11 days from most pitchers and catchers reporting and about 3 weeks from actual games being played. Almost that time of year. Love it.
