J.A. Happ is on the Brewers and Yankees radar. In fact, according to Jon Heyman Happ is at the top of the Yankees' list right now.

There's a premium to be paid for an inter divisional trade besides the Yankees don't really have room for Frazier. He actually makes the most sense for the Jays to ask for as he was drafted by Shapiro/Atkins way back when and the Jays need OFers.

The Jays shouldn't settle for some middling POS when giving up their best asset.

Tigers have to be asking for Verdugo to start. If not, no dice
Oakland A's - Seattle Mariners - Detroit Tigers
Pittsburgh Steelers - Green Bay Packers

I've been on the fence about trading Fulmer, he's still young, I mean we got him as we were selling off, and now we're already selling him off, too. On the other hand, Detroit isn't even close and there are no sure things so maybe picking up more lotto tickets is the way to go (not to mention injury concerns, but that's everyone these days)

I don't think Detroit will be competitive by the time Fulmer is ready for FA. Maybe he's the kind of guy that wants to stay with his original team, but more than likely he'll want to go somewhere he can make the playoffs. I think it's time for Detroit to send him out and get as much as they can for him to help the rebuild.

The Dbacks and Orioles have had consistent dialogue on Manny Machado for over a month now. Cleveland has also had dialogue for almost a month as well. According to Jon Morosi it may come down to those 2 teams unless someone else comes in with an offer baltimore can't turn down.

Also, looks like the Twins are headed for a fire sale as well.

I hope Machado goes to an NL team. Keep him away from facing my Yankees, lol.
