I think we just got to face the fact that Schwarber is always going to be a high power low OBP type guy.

Meh, I REALLY hope this is a case of the Red Sox looking better than what they really are. If not, they're bound to run away with the division this year.

I'm not even a fully fledged Brewers fan and I'M disappointed with their start. I can't imagine how you and other Brewer fans are feeling right now.

Who has more Ks at the end of the year? Sale pitching, or Stanton hitting? Lol

You can't help but feel the Reds will eventually turn it around a bit though, unlike the Rays and Marlins. Padres I can't decide because they were surprisingly un-terrible last year with one of the worst collection of players I've ever seen

Have to say, ohtani looks seriously impressive. 100mph fastballs on the corner low and away, that's a bit good

No hits through 5 for Ohtani. 10 K.

That splitter is brutal, combined with his great fastball he's going to get a lot of swing and misses.

Stanton's swing is way off. Surprised no one on YES has really commented on it. He can't catch 89. He's trying to impress with monster shots instead of making contact and just going with what's being given to him.

I've never really watched him play outside of highlights (and those were always the home runs) but there's no way this swing has always been his swing.

Not sure what Marcus Thames is preaching because I'm seeing the same approach from a couple of other guys.

Meanwhile I'm tuned into this Ohtani start and I'm hoping he can keep the pitch count down.

No matter if you were optimistic or pessimistic about Ohtani, the reality is that he's having an incredible start to his career here. 3 homers and then a perfect game bid through 6.1 IP? Sir, I'd like more.
