Phillies likely to make up a game tonight. Damn.

And so much for the Yankees "teaser run" at making the division competitive again.

But, Christian Yelich is amazing. 5/5, cycle, etc.

Hmmm, so the Cubs are hot again. And the 2nd and 3rd place NL Central teams are in the wild card lead.

Tyler White's walk-off home run last night was the 81st of the season, now the most all-time.

The O's sweep of the Jays last night was the first such sweep by the O's all year long.

Not surprising given their record but sheesh, that's pretty depressing to be the team to fall victim to that if you're a Jays fan.

Baez is so good at ranging into the outfield on fly balls from his 2B or SS spot.

Flying the W is always great, but it's especially great when it's to the detriment of the Brewers, Cardinals, and/or Braves.

                    Fantastic win

Just as the Angels put up a 4 spot in Houston, the A's give up 5 in the 1st inning against the Mariners.

                          This team, man.

Losing 4-0 going into the 7th, won the game 9-4. Scored 4 in the 7th and 5 in the 9th.

                          There's no quit.

Michael Kopech, former Red Sox top pitching prospect, is set to start against them tonight.

He's the first pitcher since 1908 to start his first two MLB games and give up 1 or fewer runs and allow zero walks in both.

                            Tough test.

Just looks so weird seeing Bautista in a different jersey. Especially Phillies now since it's pinstripes and red. It's like watching MLB The Show come to life with these jersey changes.

For me Tampa Bay is the surprise of the season. I know a lot of people would say Oakland but I never thought Tampa Bay would have this good of a record with no budget, some unorthodox pitching set ups and playing in a tough division.
