A few weeks ago the Cardinals were in first place of the Central with the best record in baseball. Today they are in 4th place in the division, 2 games under .500.
Baseball....
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Been loving the mlb radio on free xm the past week. Baseball 24/7 and listening to out of market games (twins vs rays currently) is better than anything else on bay area radio waves. Man...looked at the schedule this week and saw Nats and Tigers; thought a 5-1 week was possible, staring an 0-3 start in the face. Baseball is such a funny game...

Can the Jays fastforward 2-3 years so we don't have to witness any more of this sucking?
4th worst in the majors right now. They're on Marlins/O's level of bad. Probably have more than those 2 payrolls combined (thanks alot Tulo/Martin/Morales).
No need to rush the prospects, but they can't come soon enough.
August is when people in this city will probably realize how bad Jays are. Right now it's all about the NBA finals, and in July it's all about free agency in NBA and NHL.
If Jays do want to make some big Stroman/Sanchez deal, now would be perfect time to do it since everyone is focused on Raptors and won't give Jays such huge backlash for a move they need to make.Comment

Vlad Jr's home run tonight was #1120 for the month of May, breaking the record for most home runs in a calendar month.
The previous record was August of 2017 (the year there was a record total of 6105) at 1119, and the record before that was June of 2017 at 1,101.
