Don't play circular argument games with me. Maybe that **** works with other people, but not with me. You understand what I mean.

I don't know why you are getting so mad. It's just a phrase, lol. Calm down man. No need to talk about it anymore.

Re: 6/24 -7/7 Game Discussion Thread

In an attempt to move on from whatever this is becoming....now that we are at the half way point of the season, who do you believe will win each division?

        My thoughts:

        AL East - Yankees

Despite the injuries they have incurred over the first part of the season, they still hold a 6 1/2 game lead on the Rays and 9 over the BoSox. With whatever additions they make at the deadline, and getting Stanton back in the coming weeks, I don't expect there is anyone in the division that can track them down

        AL Central - Indians

I don't know why, but the Indians I feel are going to continue this surge they are on and overtake the Twins for the top spot in the AL Central.

        AL West - Astros

I still think the Astros are the best team in the American League. I don't know that anyone in this division really has anything to compete for the West title.

        NL East - Braves

I think the Braves hang on to win the East. I'm not convinced that the Nationals are legit contenders and I just don't believe the Phillies will get over the hump to make up the 6 1/2 game deficit. I think the Braves figure out their bullpen woes better than the Phillies figure out their starting pitching woes.

        NL Central - Brewers

I honestly think this is the most difficult division to figure out, as nobody is running away or even has a comfortable lead at the break. But I think the Brewers make enough moves at the deadline to pull away with the division. It will be interesting to see what the Cubs do though, and if they have enough assets to swing a significant deal at the deadline.

        NL West- Dodgers

This division is over...lol...Dodgers are currently the best team in the National League and I'm not sure that changes after the deadline deals.

        So your thoughts?

I'm still mad that the Indians had home field advantage over us last year despite having a worse record in a trash division so go Twins!

            Yankess, Astros, Twins

            Braves, Cubs, Dodgers

The Rays won't keep up with the Yankees. The Astros are the best team in baseball. The Twins offense is just going to keep rolling.

I still think the Braves win the East because nobody really improved enough over last year. The Cubs will find a way to win the division. The Dodgers have no competition.

Hey let me give you my phone number and address and maybe you can be my life coach too and let me know exactly how I should act and what I should do in my given situations ... also when I'm watching a baseball game, you can let me know what are the correct plays and which were bad decisions. Heck, maybe we can get the umps to call you for instant replay decisions. I think you're just the man for the job ... in fact, all jobs.

As much as I'd love to see that, I don't see the Astros being denied their rings this year. I also don't see Atlanta getting past LAD.

Anyone else going to tune into the Triple A all-star game tonight?

nah, I'm not going to watch, my crystal ball says its not going to be a close game. I predict something like, 9-3.
