apparently all offers now are 4 yr/ 50-51 mil.. but again the Orioles are making a big mistake because they need some pitching.. oh well, i guess Delgado will love finishing in 3rd once again..

No pitching left for the Orioles to get. A.J. Burnett and Javy Vazquez have been rumored in trade talks though.

The Orioles are just counting on their young pitching, which should improve with a season under their belts, and a full season with Ray Miller as pitching coach. And I'm pretty sure Ponson won't have a first half like he did last season.

Edit: Not to mention the very improved bullpen. Signed Kline, Reed and Witasick.

the marlins would be crazy to trade AJ.. i mean if they're going for the title, they need to keep him.. but as far as 1b for the mets, i would rather have John Olerud rather than a Travis "Cant live up to the hype" Lee..

Going to South Beach... Looks like the Mets will probably trade Cliff Floyd for Mientk... whatever, the first baseman from Boston, and maybe sign Ordonez provided his knee holds up.

Actually the Marlins have a better chance of making the playoffs then the mets.
