    Thanks it was a great signing. Finally a power left handed hitter that we needed down the stretch last yr. Yeah I know you guys had to pony up the dough to land some high profile guys to prove you can compete. It's gonna be a wild NL East for sure. I guess by midseason or at the end of the season we are gonna see whos signings were good, and whos backfired.

      the problem w/ Cameron is that last year his "quality" defense went on hiatus.. he made several bone headed plays that killed the Mets.. I agree that Pierre & Castillo are great table setters.. if Reyes stays heathy& Matsui can hit, then they too could be a decent top of the order.. but that is a big IF.. hey - but we got the ultra-secret weapon on our bench - Miguel Cairo !!!

                      haha yes i agree...i'd take the 2 world series rings since 97 then a division..the team i love the is the Braves and they have won the divsion so many times in a row now and have 1 ring...Been awhile since the Mets won a division also...Go Braves

                        haha yes i agree...i'd take the 2 world series rings since 97 then a division..the team i love the is the Braves and they have won the divsion so many times in a row now and have 1 ring...Been awhile since the Mets won a division also...Go Braves
