    Yuck!

That's pretty brutal since he's already started his decline like a year and a half ago. And now he plays two positions and not really a master at either.

Do the Braves and the fans think he'll bounce back?

Oh don't worry... Mondesi will either say he's being extorted back in his home country and have to leave the team, or else he'll get injured shagging a flyball and have to leave the team...

Thats nice that Chipper is willing to do that, but good luck getting the union's approval if it comes to that.

As much as it pains me, I think Chipper personifies the Ewing Theory.

You wouldn't believe how hard I pushed for Larry or Andruw to be traded this off-season. Definitely the former more so than the latter.

And don't get me wrong, it's not because I don't like Chipper, it's just that I have grown tired of his decreased production and the fact he has done absolutely nothing in the playoffs this decade, outside of '01 against Houston.

I think he may have bought himself another year of patience out of me when he moved back to third though, watching him attempt to play left the psat three years was one of the most painful things I've had to endure in the past fifteen years.

That says a lot thinking about how highly your regarded Chipper in those fantasy leagues with us years ago. And Andruw for that matter.

decreased production he had injuries last year that bothered his swing i think he will bounce back for sure and for andruw i expect him to have a better year because i think they will be working with him on ,not pulling everything and trying to hit homers, and get him to go the other way (opposite field)

Shyeah. And how many times have we heard that?

Let me know when he can actually get his average around .300 and keep the strikeouts below 100.

Losing 20 lbs. probably wouldn't hurt either.
