That's pretty brutal since he's already started his decline like a year and a half ago. And now he plays two positions and not really a master at either.

I'd rather have Claudell Washington back before Mondesi and Jordan.

Oh don't worry... Mondesi will either say he's being extorted back in his home country and have to leave the team, or else he'll get injured shagging a flyball and have to leave the team...

As much as it pains me, I think Chipper personifies the Ewing Theory.

You wouldn't believe how hard I pushed for Larry or Andruw to be traded this off-season. Definitely the former more so than the latter.

And don't get me wrong, it's not because I don't like Chipper, it's just that I have grown tired of his decreased production and the fact he has done absolutely nothing in the playoffs this decade, outside of '01 against Houston.

I think he may have bought himself another year of patience out of me when he moved back to third though, watching him attempt to play left the psat three years was one of the most painful things I've had to endure in the past fifteen years.

I believe it's through 2006 with a club option for 2007.

through 06 with option for 07 and 08 and they vest if he is an all star or reaches 450 plate appearances

Let me know when he can actually get his average around .300 and keep the strikeouts below 100.

Losing 20 lbs. probably wouldn't hurt either.
