Usually when games like this happen, tomorrow will end up being some 3-1 loss.

But what a great game. Can't wait for them to make moves for pitching help. So far the team is what I expected. Great offense, not so good pitching.

Comparisons made of the 2015 team before the deadline. Defense and pitching were weaknesses, but it took them some time to make a move for pitching, but a top SP and solid reliever changed all that.

Scherzer will be THE guy everyone wants. As much as I'd want him, I feel the asking price will be too high. Although, if they're returning to Toronto AND are at least 2nd in the ALE come deadline time, I'd pull the trigger. Ryu and Scherzer leading your rotation with an offense hopefully with Springer back, that's as legit a WS contender as it gets in the AL.
