Watching the Yankees, at least the little bit I have, and it seems that Soto and Verdugo's energy is spreading through the dugout and they are having fun.


And what about the Reds yesterday. Back to back homers for the walkoff win.

Kirby is the Mariners best young pitcher but I think Miller might have the best stuff.

Added a splitter and 2-seamer this offseason. If he can land them, thats a nasty arsenal. His 4-seamer just explodes.

.. speaking of explosives, what was the John McKay line about execution? The Mariners offense is worthy.

Dumped Suarez and Teoscar due to strikeouts. Proceed to strikeout 45 times in the opening series. 11 per game. Garver already missing time.

At least they split the series.

Manaea looks good on a Mets uniform, clean shaven, low cut. Jersey looks like **** but that's not his fault.

I have only watched highlights, but whoever is playing LF for the Rockies these days has had a rough, rough start to the season. I've seen him drop a fly ball, drop a foul fly ball, and then today he lets a ball under his glove and all the way to the wall.

All in all, the Rockies have to be the most dysfunctional franchise in baseball right now...

I am pretty sure they do a bulk for the first half and a bulk for the second half. I THINK I read that somewhere, but I can't find the article again.


You would think they would have fixed it by now if they could, or if it was possible.

Blanco threatening to throw the first no-hitter of the season. No hits through seven innings. He's only thrown 80 pitches.

I hope I just jinxed him.

Edit: My jinx didn't work. He got the no hitter.

One of the ugliest losses in team history: 10-0 which included allowing five homers. We've lost games 24-2 (1979) and 16-0 (2012) but that's gotta be top five.
