At this point for the Pirates you have to take Chapman out of the setup guy role. Three walks leads to a tie game the next inning. He can't throw strikes.Comment

I see the Pirates are doing a repeat of yesterdays game, down to the grand slam. Was 6-2, now 6-6 in the 8th. Skenes had a good start again as well. Six innings of one run ball down the drain.Comment

Power outage in the truck compond in Detroit impacted a bunch of stuff during Jays-Tigers game.
Lots of the tech that teams use got impacted too.
Jays put up 9 runs.
Maybe that's the solution to their problems. Stop focusing on analytics and all that and just let guys go out there and hit.Comment

Jays offense continues to be horrible.
George Springer is having a historically terrible season. He's hitting .188 with a .537 OPS. No full-time Jay has ever hit that low. I believe Alfredo Griffin has the worst OPS in Jays history among qualified hitters at .531 in 1981.Comment
