I just caught this thread. It stopped raining, and other than being chilly, wasn't bad.

Griffey got in 3 ABs surprisingly.

I forgot about this thread too and I went. The only player that I saw was Gabe Gross. No idea who he is and if he's a prospect or what, but I love his swing. Kind of a Steve Garvey type swing. It looks so relaxed and fluid, doesn't look like it would get power in that thing, but it does somehow.

Gross was our first round pick in 2001...he had 8 HR's in spring training.

I think it's becaause he's been so relaxed this ST. The cup of coffee in the Bigs last year really prepared him for what to expect. I don't know if he'll be on the big club all year but I really like what I see from him.
