Re: Are the Mets nuts or what?

I would have rather had Ginter in the pen as the long man/spot starter, but Colyer may turn out ok, he's still young so this trade is a wait and see type deal.
The bigger question is why on earth we have 3 lefties in the pen, 2 of which are completely useless imo (Heredia and Matthews) while the other (Koo) is an unknown at best. Then you have Hernandez over Fortunato, which I don't like either. But considering Fortunato has options and Hernandez does not, it's only a move for insurance/depth so it's not the end of the world. I like the lineup and the bench, but Willie has come out of the gate with a severly odd bullpen. Time will tell, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Colyer already got sent to the minors, so he will not be on the major leauge roster.

How is the Mets bullpen looking, by the way? I'm hearing a lot of people say that it's terrible.

Why would they want to make room for Heredia?

Man, I used to think the Mets were crazy, but now I can see they're nuts.

I thought Ginter was injured anyways.
