I think the word you are looking for is misleading, as in MLB's vague disclosure policy is trying to mislead the public that everyone who is caught by this policy is a steroid user (and despite the various posts on this forum saying this is not necesarily the case, the deception seems to be working).
Wouldn't you classify a policy that was misleading to be weak? Or would you just say it was misleading and leave it at that?

I understand your point, but if MLB really wants their policy to be taken seriously, they need to do something about it.

Did you know they only tell you the ingredients that are illegal...not the actual supplements athlete's are saying they're taking. Not that it has a huge impact, but if you could just spend some effort to list the actual product and keep it updated wouldn't your organization benefit more from it? Unless that's what they want to do and just catch a bunch of GNC addicts.

[Obviously some are steroids and some are not, but since they don't allow that information to be released we'll never know either way. So is the policy misleading or weak?]

In his 10IP against the sox last season his ERA was .087 with 12Ks.

Those were his numbers last year against the Sox. Was it because of steroids? Seems like it.
Lol, maybe his numbers were that good because the Sox were pretty weak last season?

I mean, come on, you guys saw pitchers 10x as good as Rincon, and you're saying that him taking steroids and maybe adding a extra 2 or 3 mph to his fastball is the reason he dominated you guys?
