    Friday the 13th.

It would be as good a day as any to get this over with, and move on.

I'm glad this milestone is over with.

Anyway, I hope we can go 4-3 in this road trip. We would be very fortunate.

3-4 actually wouldn't be so bad.

You know what's particularly sad about the 10K losses as a franchise? If the Braves had continued to suck rather then have that miracle turn around in '91 they probably would've had 10K losses or very close to it by now.

I watched a news report recently and amazingly the bulk of the losses (80%) came from early 1920s to the early 1950s. Three horrible decades have defined the franchise forever!

Oh well at least you guys had cool uniforms in the '70s and '80s

They were talking about the Braves on Mike and Murray today.

But yeah, alot of those loses came waaaay back when.

The 1 championship in 125 years is what bugs me out the most.

Cole Hammels pitched a heck of a game last night.

And he was pretty mad to be taken out in the 7th.

Wouldn't have mattered. One of the highest scoring teams in baseball couldn't give him run support. The last strike against Howard was questionable, but that wasn't the be all end all. And unfortunately Dobbs seems to be cooling off....hopefully it's only temp.

                  that was good road trip.

i thought it would spell the end, going to L.A. and San Diego.

And how bout JD Durbin. He's gotten better in each of his 3 starts.

tonight is the start of a big series against the Nationals.

If they lose this series, they might as well start shopping people.

i went to the game yesterday.

Great day at the ballpark. Got hot after the sun hit our seats, but anyway, it was a great game untill our bullpen starts pitching. We really do have to score 8-10 runs to be safe. Then I get in the car, listen to 950, and Jodi Mac says Chase Utley broke his hand. I was shocked, despite knowing he was hit by the pitch. I was at the game, so I had no idea that his hand was bothering him so. Or the camera's showing it.

Winning in Chicago against a very HOT team is big.....but is the injury bug starting to bite?
