When the Mets clinch, I might actually root for the Phillies. I want no part of the Padres...would much rather play the Cubs.

We're still .5 back of the Wildcard, so yes, it is sunny. If we won the division, the Mets wouldn't make the playoffs. Why do we want that to happen when we own them?

Went to the weekend series Nats and Phillies with the wife. (late anniversary present for the wife... she's a BIG phillies fan (who's family lives in Middletown, DE!)) Got to meet Cole Hamel's wife... she's hot and we had better seats than her.:wink:

Nothing much more to add, 'cause I am a lowly O's fan... other than in Sunday's game, why did Manuel pinch hit for Cole in the 6th with nobody in scoring position and Cole being 2-2 in the game?? with the way y'all been riding the bullpen seems like he would have wanted to get a longer start from him? Probably nothing, my wife didn't make a stink over it... so don't know why I should.

LETS GO PHILLIES..Now im not a Phillies fan but Im from New York and am a die hard Yankees fan..I hate Mets fans..in the first half of the season I would hear the Mets fans talking soo much damn smack about how the Mets were New York's team and how the Yanks suck sooo bad and wont be playing in October...Oh how the times have changed and now you hear nothing out of the Mets fans mouths but dispair and have no confidence in their team at all. Would love to see the Phillies take the NL East and shut the Mets fans up this year.
