    Re: 2011 Recruiting Discussion Thread

Michael Gilchrist and Marquis Teague are recruiting Seattle product Tony Wroten out of Garfield H.S. to UK.

The Seattle area produce some of the best basketball players year in and year out and it will suck to see another local star leave state. UW better push hard for this kid.

Sports Xpress caught up with Cameron Ridley who is climbing the charts, and Ge'Lawn Guyn who will spend next season at a prep school.

Wroten is a hot commodity and I believe he's down to UW and UK. Seattle has seen a lot of guys go D-1 the last two decades and it's pretty cool for our state.

I know WSU has finally been able to get some city kids from Tacoma and Seattle and it's refreshing.

Do you know if that Stewart kid at Rainier Beach is being recruited by Romar? I figure he is.

I really wanted this kid at WSU but wish him the best at WVU. WVU came out of no where to snag this kid up. It was down to WSU, Providence, Arkansas, and Northwestern.

There's alot of buzz that he could pass Gilchrist as #1 in the recruit rankings

It would be awesome if we got both.

I agree but probably won't happen.

I am more interested right now in how all over the map your favorite teams are!!

Rumor has it a 5-star 2011 recruit is decommitting soon. They're saying Beal or DeAndre Daniels over at KSR.

Louisville is now getting in on some kids that didn't even give us a second look thanks to Tim Fuller.

Quincy Miller being the top of that group. And there was one other, but unfortunately, I'm drawing a complete blank right now...
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
