By this point its clear he just says things to get a reaction, you'll notice how his opinions of things will change game to game, he just says whatever will garner the biggest reaction at the current time, if you call him on it he skirts around it.

Uh no way. If they had been overseeded, they would be down big. A 1 seeded Duke doesn't lose to double digit seeds come tourney time.

Michigan needs to keep hitting their 3's to stay in this one. They've played us close so far.

Happy to be down just 4 at the half. I thought UM would have to shoot lights out from behind the arc to stay in it. Need to keep the starters on the floor and shoot a little better from outside to stay with Duke.

You're the same person who declared Michigan dead when they were down 4 points with 11 minutes left in the first half against Tennessee.

Now they're down 4 points at half to #1 seed Duke, surely they don't stand a chance to make such an improbable comeback 2 games in a row do they?

Duke was a 6 seed against VCU and Paulus and McRoberts weren't living up to their expectations. Not to mention that Maynor and Saunders are in the NBA now.

He did say a "1" seeded Duke. Not a 6 seeded Duke. Although.. Larry Sanders wasn't on that team or so I don't think.

They're talking about the Washington process.. and while it sucks, by the book, it sounds like the correct ruling. Henson's play was dumb but even in real time I think most knew that Thomas wasn't behind the 3 point line, so while it was goaltending, meh, it didn't matter.

I think the refs not reviewing the time left is the bigger problem there still.

By the book though.. it's right.

0.5 seconds is correct. When the ref blows the whistle is when the clock is supposed to stop.

Now, you could argue referee incompetence (as it did hit out of bounds at around 1.2ish), but he did blow it at 0.5 and that's when it stopped.
