Kentucky can't shoot. UConn can't rebound. Nice combination for Kentucky shooting the ball a million times on offense.

I know, grab a rebound, they had the same problem against Arizona early on especially.

Not even close, Laettner had a lot more hype then Jimmer. He had more hate than the amount of people who even know Matt Howard.

Kentucky can build a brickhouse right now with all the shots they've clanked.

Far cry from the game against UNC when it looked like Kentucky was nailing everything from three.

I am so thoroughly impressed by Lamb throughout every single game. He will be a very, very good basketball player.

I don't think he was implying entire collegiate career wise, Laettner is an all time great.

As far as making big shots at big times though Howard has made some clutch shots at key moments to seal games in the tournament.

I agree once the bracket was set they weren't as much of a long shot, but until their run in the Big East tournament they weren't going to be close to a 3 seed.

They had lost 4 of 5, (and 7 of 11) including the final 2 of the regular season when they had a shot at a 1st round bye.

They would have made the tournament regardless of what they did in the Big East tournament, but if they lose in the 2nd round there (They weren't going to lose to Depaul in the 1st round lol) lets just say they would have been looking at a not so good seed.

Yea.

And what about before the season? If before the season someone said uconn would be in the final four, you would think that's the biggest story of the year.

One more half. Gotta rebound better. Kentucky missed a lot of open shots early

I read that VCU paid to send students to the game. Like ticket, hotel, bus, cost $25 total.

UConn offered nothing as far as transportation, place to stay, ect. for students. At least $500 just for a flight.

Yeah I read that and that's crazy the university did not put any travel packages together for the students.
