Re: 2013 Recruiting Thread
I'd say the have a better chance in 2014-2015 than they do this year. Unless Selden and Embiid are 1 & done players which I doubt they will be, they will continue to develop (Embiid's has huge potential) and although they lose Wiggins, they get Hunter Mickelson as a transfer from Arkansas and whoever else Self brings in.
Yeah, just take out whatever schools fans he committed too and put in Kansas'.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

I don't know how Kansas will finish next year, but it's going to be hella fun to watch that team develop from beginning of the season to end.Comment

Until 5 freshman start and win the NCAA tournament this is debatable.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Re: 2013 Recruiting Thread
What class is better? The Michigan "Fab Five"? Kentucky beats them easily in straight rankings, sans the #1 overall player like Chris Webber. 6 top 25 recuits > 5 top 100.
Have 5 freshman ever started and won a NCAA title? Of course it is debatable though, I just think Kentucky does have the best class of all time.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

Exactly.

This UK class may be the deepest class ever but I'm not sure if they're even better than the Anthony Davis class.
Regardless, this day is about Wiggins and Kansas. Props to Self. Plus they have Tarik Black on campus today. Could be a huge get for '14.Comment

UCLA's class with Alcindor is and always has been regarded as the best class with Michigan's Fab 5 class next.

Don't forget about indiana's group too.
@dandakich: #1 Recruiting Class of All Time? Buckner May Wilkerson Abernathy Crews..FF as Frosh..2straight undefeated seasons incl National Champ..
Kentuckys group hasn't done jack **** beside commit to the same school.
Play the season first before we see how "great" the class is. They very well could fall flat on their face like last years group. Very doubtful but it's a possibility.Comment
