Wes Washpun announced that he will be a UNI Panther in 2013 (due to having to sit out next year b/c of transfering). Official announcement should be coming next week.

Jeff Goodman at CBS does a good job of compiling a transfer list. Its pretty ridiculous how huge it is this year.

Michael Gbinije is transferring from dOOK. Guess he really was a one-and-done player as he mentions in this video.

There was absolutely no reason why he didn't get any PT last year. He was the only athlete on the wing. He should have gotten all of Dawkins minutes

Of course there's a reason: because K and his yes men are morons. I don't know why they even bothered to recruit the kid if they weren't going to give him a fair chance to succeed.

Sterling Gibbs, Ashton's little bro, is transferring from Texas after 1 season. Sterling played a few minutes a game last season as a PG and sometimes as a 2. Great 3 point shooter, but he can't handle the ball like a PG should. I think he'll be a good player, just needs to develop.

He's going to Seton Hall.

Wow. Any rumors as to why? Every media story painted him as a good kid.

So Rivers is gone, Dawkins is gone, Gbinije is gone.

Mark Lyons is transferring from Xavier. Good riddance, if you ask me. I've never been a fan of his regardless of how skilled of a player he is on the court. It's his attitude and demeanor that I didn't want rubbing off on the young guys. Glad that won't happen now.

On another bright note, Xavier is getting Matt Stainbrook as a transfer from Western Michigan. How can you not like a guy that hits the court as this? He'll be a crowd favorite. Needs to lose a little bit of weight but he's supposedly very good, at least for 20-25 minutes a game. X is supposed to be deep, but young, in the front-court when he'll be eligible in 2013 so they may not need him to play 30-35 minutes.
