Yup. Championship game of the Diamondhead Classic.

SDSU has won the last 2 meetings including one at McHale last season. However this U of A team is MUCH better than the ones we beat, but this team is also better than the ones that beat them.

We play Furman on the 30th. Going for 10 wins. Its at Moody so hopefully we get a win.

Hell of a block by Nick Johnson there at the end. I thought he was going to walk in for an easy layup. Either way, fun game. Hard for me to get into regular season basketball, but I enjoyed that one. Both very good teams, both should multiple games in the NCAA tournament because both play very good defense and can survive a bad shooting night if they have to, like Arizona did last night.

Saturday is going to be the biggest game of the regular season for me with the annual UK/UL game. Hopefully UK can pull out the win, but Dieng is going to play for UL so that makes it even tougher.

Either way, fun game. Hard for me to get into regular season basketball, but I enjoyed that one.

How is it hard to get into the regular season? The players play hard, the crowds can get into it and the game means something to the players. I don't get the whole notion that people can't watch the regular season. What happen to people just watching an individual game for enjoyment? Why does every game have to have some greater meaning.

Tough loss, but Cincinnati was due for a loss the way they rely on shooting jumpers. Don't attack the rim nearly enough, especially Kilpatrick. Rubles is awful. Shooting has to get better, in the paint for sure or it's going to be a long Big East schedule.

Kentucky/Louisville tomorrow. Louisville is the favorite, but Kentucky has owned them in the recent past (aside from the 2 Gillispie years). It should be a good game. Hopefully Kentucky can pull out the win. If L'ville doesn't win this year, Pitino may never beat Calipari.

Yep, great game. I thought that should have been a flagrant 1 on Adams at the end of regulation.

Yea that was a blown call but Missouri lost that game regardless.
