Very good game and the Baylor Gonzaga game was a good one too. After seeing the replay of the foul on the UCLA Missouri game, it didn't seem as clear cut a flagrant foul as I thought in real-time.

I love Anthony Marshall but UNLV looks like UNC last year after Kendall Marshall went down. It's rough.

Bennett had a sweet dunk for UNLV.

That was a fun game and Louisville pulled it out.

Yeah, props to Kentucky for not giving up when they were down. But in the end, Louisville gets the W.

Lot of energy and a lot fun. Louisville is very good and Kentucky showed something today.

Agreed on all accounts. For the first time this year UK looked improved and played like a team for the most part. This team still has a very high ceiling and I am more excited now to see how they look at the end of the year. Cauley-Stein played with more emotion and strength today than ever and Harrow is really getting comfortable at the point. If Wiltjer is set, which unfortunately doesn't happen a TON for him, he is money. Goodwin is still out of control but every once in a while he can wow you. Poythress has as much talent as just about anybody in the country but he doesn't play like it and disappears way too much. And Noel plays with a lot of energy and I really can't complain about him much at all.

This team is horrific at the foul line though and that will likely be their demise in the tournament.

Overall I'm happy with the improvement we are seeing. That was a good test for us and UK nearly pulled it out (nearly in the sense the opportunity was there but UL definitely controlled it).

BTW, I don't watch and haven't watched UL all year but I am extremely impressed with Siva's new found jump shot. Hitting mid range and 3's really makes him a dangerous player.

I haven't watched Kentucky play in a while. But if I filled out a weekly Top 25 poll, I would probably raise them up from 23 even though they lost. I think by the end of the year, they will be a 3 or a 4 seed.

I don't know what to make of the SEC yet but I would be surprised if the top 3 isn't Florida, Missouri and Kentucky in some order. Looking at the schedule, Kentucky doesn't have to go to Missouri this year.

UNC finally gets a good win to put on its non-conference resume. 79-73 victory without Reggie Bullock was huge. PJ Hairston is probably my favorite player on this year's team.

Nice seeing Michigan getting the win and someone like my brother Dj (Derrick Richardson) have a nice game. Didn't expect him to get 6 boards.
