I feel bad for a team like Liberty.

They lost 20 games this year, fought like hell to win their tournament, and then they get First Four'd.

It's why I don't like the First Four a whole lot. Do they really get to feel like they played in the NCAA Tournament? I don't think so. I wouldn't feel that way if I played for them.

I'd rather we just let teams that earned it into the big field right away.

And I know they could win their way into the big tournament, and they might, but if they don't then it feels to me like they aren't getting the proper reward for what they accomplished in that conference tournament.

I agree, but it's always been like that for 2 16 seeds (since they expanded at least).

This, even more ridiculous is the fact they refer to the First Four as the First round, I'm sorry but the round of 64 is not the second round no matter how much they try to push it.

You're right. I didn't like that system either though.

Just pick 64. Or make only bubble teams play their way in. One of those.

I think G'Town is the best 2 seed. Jmo.

Wisconsin got screwed IMO. 5 seed ?? Ouch. Deff a 4 seed in my eyes.

Just pick 64. Or make only bubble teams play their way in. One of those.

I was going to say that, I don't have an issue with the "play in" games, but they should be from bubble teams, not automatic qualifiers.

I think G'Town is the best 2 seed. Jmo.

I'm pretty high on both of them, Miami looks great and I won't be surprised if they come out of their region.

As far as G'Town goes I love Otto Porter (so glad he didn't end up going to Mizzou!) but I'm hesitant to pick G'Town just because they seem to be one of those teams that just perpetually disappoints in the tourney, that said I think I'll have a hard time going against them this year.

Kinda like a Syracuse??? Typical Big east team to disappoint in march. Always one that falls short and is upset early.

My final four is Louisville, Ohio State, Miami and Michigan with Louisville beating Michigan in the final.

I do think Miami is the best 2 seed after watching them play today.

They didn't kill UNC, but that was a ridiculously efficient game and Larkin is an absolutely fabulous player.

Not to mention slaughtering Duke and almost beating them again in Cameron (They would have if Ryan Kelly wasn't a superhero that day).

I took them all the way to the title game.

Who deserved it more?? Tennessee is the only one who I thought deserved it more but their resumes are very similar.
