Louisville dropped a tight game to Cincinnati, congrats to the Bearcats.
I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Caught a bit of the end of that Cincy-Louisville game. Good stuff.

Bit of a sloppy half from Michigan, but still almost hit 40 and up 8.

Solid win. Walton Jr. turning into a scoring threat is a welcome development.

For the first time in ever. God I'd love to see Nebraska be relevant for once.

Cincy Louisville was an entertaining game, I really like Cincinnati from the times I watched them this year. It will be interesting to see what type of seed they could get if they keep playing like this.

Bill Walton always entertains me during Pac 12 game. I can't figure out the Pac 12 this year besides Arizona. Colorado would be the 2nd best team if Dinwiddie didn't get hurt but now it's probably UCLA. Oregon has been really disappointing since conference play started, they had their chances to bounce back and beat UCLA but didn't capitalize.

Recap of the Last 2 Days:
                  Arizona and Syracuse stayed undefeated.
Kansas, Florida, Michigan, Cincinnati and St. Louis stayed undefeated in their respective conferences.

Upsets: Ohio State and Wisconsin continued to struggle with home losses to Penn State and Northwestern. UMass lost on the road to St. Bonnie's.

Bubble team results: NC State and Tennessee got wins over other bubble teams in Florida State and Ole Miss. Arizona State also got a big road win in overtime at Cal after hitting a 3 to send it to overtime. St. Joe's won at Dayton to continue Dayton annual conference struggles after a good non conference start. Marquette won at home vs Providence and UCLA won on the road at Oregon. St. Mary's lost on the road and Indiana lost at Nebraska.

The WCC is looking more and more like a one bid league, BYU and St. Mary's have a lot of losses.

                  Weekend Look Ahead:
Duke goes to Syracuse ( Sat, 630 PM ET)

                  Ohio State goes to Wisconsin.
Michigan State plays Georgetown at the Garden.
                  Kentucky goes to Missouri.
                  Kansas goes to Texas.
                  Oklahoma goes to Iowa State.
                  Arizona goes to Cal.

Rivalry Games: Richmond at VCU, NC State at UNC.

Sunday: Michigan goes to Indiana and Virginia goes to Pitt.

It should be a very interesting weekend. Ohio State-Wisconsin is a game where both teams are desperate for a win. Depending on how things go this weekend, Kansas could be up 3 games in the loss column in the Big 12.

Damn refs gave SMU this game. Two points from traveling here, two points from flop there, several ticky tack fouls gave them momentum. NO way this should be a 20 point game, maybe 10 at most.

Edit: Just got away with ANOTHER obvious travel. This is ridiculous.

That was a horrendous defensive effort but it was nice to see Kentucky pull out the W at Missouri. Jabari Brown might be the best unknown guy in the country too.

I wouldn't call Jabari Brown unknown. He's the leading scorer in the SEC.

I mean you can blame the fouls for the loss but Memphis came out flat in the 2nd half. SMU finally has a home field advantage and it showed today.

You're right, they got flustered and couldn't respond until it was way too late. Part of that was due to the refs taking them out of their game. They couldn't pressure the ball at all in the 2nd half without getting called for a little foul.

Now that's not the only reason they lost, don't get me wrong. Pastner got outcoached, which is something that happens pretty often. SMU attacking the lane was excellent. Only thing about them I don't like is that #11. He just wreaks of tool, similar to the guy from Ole Miss. Dude should have fouled out in the first half with all his flopping around and pushing off.
