After being quiet most of the game, Monk came up huge with the big 3, the block, and his free throws. Bam with a huge close out and block.
Great job by Kentucky grinding out the win. Survive and advance.
It was a great game all around. Wichita deserves their props (and a higher seed).

That's what I love about Monk, he's not just a shooter, he's so active everywhere. He could stand to get more rebounds and improve on defense.
But he's definitely not one dimensional.

Kentucky and Wichita State was such a phenomenal game. Both teams played their butts off. It's stupid they had to play in the second round since Wichita State was under seeded. Kentucky played great defense late but Wichita still didn't have good ball movement late.Comment

It's impressive Michigan State is down just 5. They will be in it to the end as long as they are patient on offense. They just jacked up a few bad shots to early in the shot clock. They need to make Kansas play at a slower pace.Comment

Might be the end of the road for MSU. Kansas has too much firepower.
Looked like UNC was going to run away from Arkansas, but the Hogs had a late flurry to make it single digits at the half.
