Just a weird mess to the point where I actually wouldn't be SHOCKED (like Pitino) if an AD used his family members as pawns in some scheme or other.
LOL...I don't think anyone's going to hold that joke against you. I was just tacking on an implied tactless thought to your much-more subtle joke.

I think the most amazing part of all of this is that Pitino actually went down over it. Not that it isn't deserved, but he's survived so many major scandals over the years that I just figured nothing would ever stick. He's college basketball's Teflon Don. Although even John Gotti went down eventually...

With Nike also involved, I have a feeling this will make the SMU scandal look like cream cheese on a bagel.

I think the funniest thing about all that has happened today is the fact that Jurich's released a statement basically stating that he will continue to help the University thru this difficult time and being extremely optimistic that he's going to be retained when the Board of Trustee's meets on October 18th.

Tom...I truly appreciate what you did for the University of Louisville, but man, you've got to go. You've turned the other cheek twice to Pitino's scandals. You're out of cheeks to turn on this one.

WTNY: Jurich's daughter was hired to be Brand Manager at Adidas.

Two names I’ve heard thrown about to replace TJ, Junior Bridgeman (which I really like) and Kenny Klein (he’s been at Louisville for over 30 years).
I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

According to multiple reports, Coach-2 from University-6 (Louisville) was indeed Rick Pitino.

Not surprising. Coach 2 is known to swing a big [expletive] with Adidas.

I know Pitino would want everyone to believe that he's had rogue assistant coaches responsible for everything, but ain't nobody stupid enough to believe that.

Everyone's focused on Louisville, but I saw yesterday that apparently Miami and Arizona were in a bidding war for the services of Nassir Little. Arizona offered 150k, Adidas was willing to pay more to keep him from going to a Nike school.

Also, evidence that at least one player already on Arizona's roster was paid. Don't know who yet.

                              Sean Miller next?

This has already been confirmed as Jahvon Quinerly. The affidavit states that he committed "a few days ago" and this was said 3 days after Quinerly's commitment.
