Game was too late for me to stay up, but disappointed the Gators couldn't get it done. Oh well...hopefully they can learn from it and grow, but that's a game they should win. Would have been a big one to have on the resume.

Watching this Eastern Illinois vs Marquette game and this kid from Eastern Illinois (#2), is he over the age of 12?

He looks extremely tiny compared to the other players out there.

EDIT: His name is Terrell Lewis. He is listed at 5'7" and 150 LBS.

Proud of the effort UofL showed last night playing their first true road game of the year at Purdue. We were in the game, just poor execution and poor timing on fouls/turnovers took us out of the game. I really thought at the beginning of the 2nd half that we were taking control, but then Mahmoud and Ray Spalding both quickly picked up their 4th fouls and shortly thereafter, Purdue went on a 12-0 run.

UofL fought back and had chances but just couldn't execute. You could see the freshman appeared to be a little overwhelmed being in that environment for the first time. Thought Padgett coached really well as he displayed emotion and even barked a few times at the refs.

Next up is a good Seton Hall team at the Yum Center. Go 1-1 this week and I'll be happy.

I'm really troubled by the lack of outside shooting...this is going to be exposed quickly once conference teams start to defend Luke Maye like a valid inside presence.

I'm more concerned about our post defense. Sparty exposed the lack of experience and Wagner was having his way in the 1st half.

Proud of the effort from Indiana last night.
Archie had a great game plan, they just ran out of gas.
I honestly thought they would lose by 30.
I already love Archie's style of coaching!

This Michigan State team is so good and deep. It think this is Izzos best team since his national title team with the flint stones. The only thing that might hold them back is turning the ball over and sometimes Bridges settles to much.
