if you want to start a new mycareer, on the main menu screen at the "mycareer" selection

Hit triangle on ps4 or y on xbox1

this will enable you to choose a new slot to start a new mycareer

you get up to 5 saves between my career and mygm

This way you don't lose particular ones

I have a mygm where I got the wizards to win the championship w John Wall winning the league mvp

and I have 3 mycareers going right now...

one with the pelicans
one with the 76ers (this is the guy I use for my trips to the park)
and I had one with the bucks but will restart as on the default roster they have too many pgs (position I play) and the coach won't play john henson who is a rebounding machine.

yeah but you dont keep your player from the old one, you need to make a new player dont you

Anyone have a list of how to unlock each personality badge in nba 2k14 my career? If not, does anyone know how to unlock specifically the 'primetime' personality badge?

Let me know how it goes. I know how it feels wanting this game to work then it doesn't.

I deleted my 3 mycareer files. Going to the rookie showdown, while on the plane, I changed my player's attributes/shot skills/dribble and applied the unused VC for my skills on offense, defense. I have only 2,500 VC points.

Guess what happen? While changing my shots (jumpshot) and free throw, the game gave me the dreaded CE.

So i restarted with this new saved file, didnt hang or CE. Hopefully, I will not encounter this CE like in my previous saved file wherein I was stuck to the gym/altercation SCRIPT.

Every time I try go into my career and it begins to load up it sends me to the Xbox one dashboard and I try to get back in the game it restarts 2k all over again. It kicks me off 2k when I'm in the loading screen of my career where it shows the basketball court and your my player s name on the court. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do to stop it?

yeah, im cheating too, lol. mega impatient since i had to start my mycareer over.

markieff is injured, not sure why he's not on the list still tho. seems like every team has Jim Dolan running things.

How come I turn the difficulty up to hall of game/SIM on 6 min quarters and I'm still able to score 40+... Ugh 2k!

Really? My guy is missing wide open layups, but I play pretty damn good defense. Do you not notice any difference in the difficulties at all? I may try Hall of Fame if that's the case.

So... I simmed to a key game dropped 32 points, 12 assists, and 11 rebounds. GM said that he's concerned about my recent play and that he will get coach to cut my minutes. ****ING LOGIC.

LOL, playing the same team i just dropped 64pts on @ 84~% shooting and it's halftime and i have 0% and no points scored.

PRETTY SURE THIS IS GOING TO BE THE CUTSCENE WHERE I GO TO THE GYM TO WORK ON MY JUMPSHOT.

this is my last complaint for the day:

replaying mycareer mode means that these cutscenes are just more annoying when you can't skip them.

Im regretting making a PG and wasting 35k VC in it and im only 4 games in

The kings are just garbage they keep missing everything , can't set a proper pick , can't defend , won't shoot when they're open and so on


And our freaking bigs are taking the ball and when i call for the pass when its inbounded my entire grade goes down fml

Those of you who have been spared from CEs and other glitches, have you changed your gear and your MyPlayer's appearance around a lot or very rarely?

on xb1 ive never had a glitch or problems, just total annoyance of this whole mycareer. i have gear on (not attrib gear), and some jewelery.

Man, I can never make up my mind on a MyCareer.

Don't know if I should keep my 6'4" scoring SG who is on the Timberwolves or not. So far I've found it's way too easy to score with him. I have to try to miss threes with him because otherwise he makes them all (and I haven't even adjusted his rating on them).

Also can't decide if I want to switch to a PG or SF. I'm always a SG, which is why one of those positions would be intriguing. Kind of want to make a Bledsoe-like PG and kind of want to make a Melo-like SF.

Any thoughts? Should I just stick with the one I have or try something new?
