A man after my own heart. I agree 100% with everything you said. I've been playing off and on since Friday and every time I turn on the game, I find something else that annoys the hell out of me...

The most recent is that you can't even play the MyGM w/o an active connection to the 2K server which is frustrating as hell for someone like me who doesn't even play online and has bought every copy of 2K since 2K7 primarily for the Association mode.

This game was the only reason I bought a PS4 so soon and now I'm looking to sell it.

Why the hell did you buy a PS4 for one game. ..and now want to sell it as if the system will never release any other games other than 2k??? Do you have all this disposable income or something?

You don't want that PS4? I'll take it. For $2. Lol, seriously man, this is like the first of many, it's frustrating, but there's going to be more games in the future that I'm sure you're going to want.

It stinks features had to be removed, but it is 2k, they will all be back next year. I'd be more upset, but nba 2k hasn't really let me down. They always strive to do good, so I giving them the benefit they ran out of time to get these features in. next year needs to deliver them.

They really nailed it with this game, and features won't be a problem for them. They have a great game to build on.

Don't forget this wasn't a port over. They built this game fresh and that is why it looks so amazing! It will really shine through this generation, because the foundation has been set

I think most of us would be prepared to accept the lack of features in order to build a base of next gen gameplay (which by all accounts, is true).

But where is the communication? THey need to talk to consumers about why these features were left out and when/if they are likely to return.

He probably means it was the only game of interest right now. I only bought 2K also and may sell my game too if its not fixed in a few weeks. I can't even play online and will not create another PSN name just to. I paid full price for this game and only get to play half of it. Then so many glitches and bugs along with the horrible menus pisses me off.

I bought this game because it was suppose to have more features and not be a barebones game. At least that's what the Devs were saying.

I'm sure they will fix online play but don't sell the system. There are some great games coming in future years. This year as well.

Not to say these things will never be added in the future, but again the "They ran out of time" disposition is false. They went in a different direction. The time they used turning MyCareer into Fable 5, and creating my MyGM they could have been spent doing other things.

This is fine but....the thing is that CAP does exist in this game...but only for one mode. Saving custom rosters without having to upload and download each time is in the game....until you get the patch. Same with defensive options and a few other things.

THEY TOOK THINGS THAT WERE IN THIS GAME ALREADY. That is ****ing low and they should be taken to task for it. No offense but people with their "hey guys, this is normal for next gen and it will be back next year" is why they think they can get away with this ****.

And the funny part is i am to. Even by reading these post i still got my pre-ordered copy due to chance, naive if you will. Even by reading these post i am still anxious even though i still have to wait until the 22nd to play.

This is why I'm not even bothering with next gen No cap, no association. All I do is create myself and my friends and play association mode. If i cant even do that then I'm not even gonna purchase the game as simple as that.

This is exactly what I do. Unfortunately I already bought it and had to find out I couldn't do this the hard way

A straight up port with just the gameplay improvements would have had me all moist. That's honestly the route they should have went if they coukdnt get all the "new" features ready until next year. People keep saying "port" like its a bad thing. I personally am happy with Madden and fifa Bc all the options are there with the improved graphics.

You misunderstood my post. I think it's straight BS that all these features were removed, but I'm just to the point that I accept it and take my money elsewhere. I have XB1 preordered, but I may cancel it because these games are incomplete from my point of view.

For instance, Madden had improved gameplay, but lacks NG graphical capacity. NBA2k NG graphics as expected, but lacks CG features. These companies have come to point that they feel they can do whatever they want and we will buy regardless, almost like little trained lab rats. It's business I get it, I don't like it and I just move on.

Man i get you but you can't move on when it comes to capitalism, look what happened when OUYA tried to move on at E3, capitalism rang in PS4 and Microsoft head and said "call the cops". Next thing you see is a pic of OUYA being outside. Leaving a image of "your not us little guy" mentality.

Ok I have read thru Numerous NEXT GEN threads and i want to get some Clarification as i have seen different answers?

1. We can't save ANYTHING to the Hard Drive?

2. You HAVE to be connected to be able to play ANYTHING besides QUICK PLAY MATCH?

3. We have NO CAP system EXCEPT for My Player?

4. No changing of Appearance INCLUDING skin color in Draft Classes?

5. The CPU Logic is STILL Broke in MYGM(Association)?

6. You have to Uploaded and Download from 2k Severs to be able to Edit your OWN Roster?

7. CAT feature was removed all together?

8. 2k Rosters we have to use since no CAP option are STILL WAY Outdated with Missing Players?

I'm glad I waited to buy this game. Went with AC4 as my first PS4 title. Really bad decisions going on with 2K's next gen team. I have unreliable internet connection, at best, so this game really isn't an option for me anymore. I have no idea why they ever thought this was a good idea. Guess I'll be getting the PS3 version unless they decide to fix it. Sad.
