Come'on yall, what 2K wanted to do this year is introduce the new modes. They didn't have time to add everything this year, im sure they'll add most of the things that didn't make it in this year back in future iterations.

I swear, people can't be happy, perhaps 2K should have pulled a Madden just ported over everything from current gen, yall would complain then too! 2K is one of the few companies that took next-gen seriously and wanted to blow people way with their debut next-gen title. I appreciate them just off pure effort you can see that they put a lot of hard work in this game and I can't hate on that.

Why do they feel the need to reinvent stuff instead of just improve graphics and fix whats broken. then maybe add a new mode here and there, to appease the casuals. Sometimes i feel they do this because they won't tell us that they can't or won't fix the bugs, so they just add sugar to something that has too much salt.

Why not scroll over to the Madden forum on here, where everybody is (rightfully) raging that all EA did was sorta improve graphics and fix a couple little things.

man excuse me if this has been answered when you edit a players accessories or ratings where exactly does the info get saved too?

Apparently the 2K server. That's the only way you can access your roster. So you have to be online all of the time for 2K to work your own personal way.

Simple question. Can you or can't you download rosters with edited ratings and use them in my gm? I can live with using one team and suffering dumb trades but the insiders ratings are gameplay killers.

Yes, you can use custom rosters in My GM.

I really don't see any illogical complaining when it comes to options. Having the ability to have your own roster for your own personal use offline isn't an outrageous request. I would rather them say hey guys we aren't going to have XYZ this year but don't worry we will have it in next year.

Instead it really seems like a way to limit individual customization. No one is saying port anything but modes like MYGM really don't have a meaning when you are forced to play the way 2K wants you to. It's the same with any sports game with putting the individual first.

I haven't seen anyone say hey I HATE this game. I don't hate the game. The gameplay is better and you can see where they are going in that aspect of the series. But something that separated this series from other sports franchises is something that has been taken for granted in this individual game.

I'd rather have threads like this and hopefully the dev team reads it, than it's all good threads.

Not to get off topic but can someone answer a few questions. I know you cant edit ratings when you start mygm but can you edit tendencies? Also how are sim stats? Is Chris Paul still averaging 7 assist? Is the league leader in blocks averaging 2.4?

Yes, you can use custom rosters in My GM.

well then its a day one buy. Good rosters will fix some of the bad trades and rotations. Love certainly wouldn't get traded for JR Smith if he had MVP candidate ratings and the Wolves were headed to the playoffs.

Im not sure why everyone was happy with a marginal-to-moderate increase in gameplay and graphics yet expected an off he charts increase in AI logic.

I didn't even notice Create-A-Player was missing. This keeps getting worse, it's a never-ending nightmare

That's BIG for me. No custom draft-classes or ways to edit player potential in MyGM would be my last straw. I don't have the Next Gen version, but I love my customization options on CG 2k14, so I'm totally confused whether to upgrade now or wait for 2k15.

I remember I was one of the guys complaining about 2k's reluctance to update their Create-A-Player interface, but now I'm just glad we actually have one on CG because all you get to do from the next-gen version is pick from about 15-20 head models. lol

i´m sadly thinking about skipping this year...

no editing at all in MyGM, no turning trades off(watched a mygm livestream) wow.. thats huge... as a assossiation player... i am turned off... right now..

Nba 2k14 was my main reason for buying a PS4 now i may wait till more games i want come out.. maybe even wait till 2k15

Awwww man no change of season length???? That's a heartbreaker. I love 2k and all the hard work and effort but I feel CUSTOMIZATION should be the main focus of this next gen theme. You should be able to edit anything

I love the irony of the username & suggestion combo here.

But I also agree that lack of customization is a bummer. It has generally been one of the things I have always like about 2k (in multiple sports) vs the competition.

I respect the points being made, but I'm so glad I've never cared much for customization and things like that. When I see people complaining about shoes and MyPlayer face options, I'm just glad it isn't something that really bothers me.

I understand why some of the main problems you guys are bringing up upset you, but I totally enjoy the GM mode concept, and I don't need season length options or custom rosters to appreciate it. I feel that sometimes people just want gameplay and then a million blank faces/arenas/soundtracks to build their own universe, which sounds more time-consuming and involved than GM mode.

I know it doesn't apply to everyone, and I also question why taking some features out happens (not like having options hurts) but I'm really happy with what 2K focused on and how it's presented this season.
