I think I'll pass on next gen until next year unless a patch will fix some of these problems.

Speak for yourself, but association was stale and old. I'll wait on a patch and for the next two years of myGM I'm sure it will get better. I managed my expectations with all games coming to next gen, seems like most didn't. Unless you're new to gaming, we all know the first year of sports games will have some major issues. If you purchased a system and a sports game and ignored this, you're partly to blame. I haven't noticed any of these issues yet, but ultimately I understand myGM is a first year mode, so I'm not expecting a well oiled machine. I've been having fun with it and I'm pleased they pretty much nailed graphics and gameplay in year one of a new console cycle. My two cents.

How exactly did you do that considering you are over the cap?

My feeling is that this only happens when you don't have enough salary cap to sign the players. I saw this when I was over the cap, all players would come to me with these low offers but of course wasn't possible to sign them because it was still more money than I could offer.

Simmed a few seasons and signed Dion Waiters 88 ovr for 5 million a year so there does seem to be a problem with what players want.
