Park still works selectively. Although I could play more games than at launch(couldn't play none) but the connectivity issue i still there, if you have all available players ready to play, sometimes it won't start.

please continu to work on the park, connectivity.

Same here, I'm happy that I can actually play games. BUT I really shouldn't be because it does not work as well as it should.

I had the same issue, and the fourth time I did it, I just mashed X so I was prompted for only like .6 seconds. Worked like a charm. When you see the cut scene start, just hit X/A over and over and it should work.

Now, since this patch, my MyCareer freezes a couple minutes into my game, but I can't remove my accessories because the game loads in-game. I didn't take the time to see if I can just exit the game and take them off, but from my recollection, you can only save and exit, no?

You can edit your player before continuing your save file in myCareer. Go to feature, change your player with no accessories, then exit. Go to your myCareer save files, there you'll see your player has no accessories.

Going back to your statement about hitting the X (ps4). Do you hit the X and then promted to you where? Does it repeat again after few games? Because i believe its part of freaking script that you have to go with that practice and altercation.

im so annoyed by this game, i just cant defend for the sake of god..
(talking about online mode)

my opponents gets the ball -> passes around -> either he gets 3pt shots off or he just passes around and scores 2pts, i cant do nothing to defend against it, maybe i press the wrong buttons i dont know..
i try to use my player and run towards my opponent then i either jump or i press the button for the "ball stealing" but either he gets a free throw because i foul him or he just passes away and again shoots for 2pts

can anyone help me ?
maybe tell me how to defend in general?

In the words of Uncle Drew, "Don't reach, young blood." Seriously, play straight up defense. There's no need to reach. Don't jump unless you're absolutely certain that they're going to shoot. You should be able to tell from the animations. Hold down L2 to play intense defense, but make sure to toggle this on and off so you don't get easily beat off the dribble. Don't cheat off of your man. The more you're out of position, the easier it is for him to find the open man to pass it to for the easy bucket.

My GM and Season mode does not work?



After creating my gm or season mode it goes back to home menu....more problems nice going 2k....

After two or so weeks with the game, I will say that my original opinion has changed, and I like the next-gen version better than the current gen version (which I still have on my laptop). The current gen version is still good enough for me to enjoy when I'm away from home without my PS4 in reach, but the next gen version gets 100 percent of my attention when I'm at home.

The beef I had with the game at the beginning was control responsiveness. I felt the controls were a bit sluggish at launch. I don't know if this is a small update 2K included with the 2nd patch or placebo, but I'm happy either way.

hrm, so now that i can actually play (without gear) i've noticed that EVERY SHOT is registered as EARLY.

starting to really piss me off. i use carmelo's shot in mycareer and every shot is early, even if it's not. i even went to practice with just melo and as i knew, all of my shots were excellent release. i went back into mycareer and with the same timing all of my shots are early. i'm sure i'm getting penalized for it (also, i'm shooting a really low %, like 20-30% when i was 50% prior to the patch) and it's annoying. i'm also early for freethrows which has a far wilder effect.

What a shame - 2K actually made the gameplay look (and feel) phenomenal....

...and it doesn't mean a damn thing because no one can actually get to, ya' know, experience it.

How in god's green earth did this game get packaged and put on the shelves? Did any of the developers actually play their own product prior to release?

I'm experiencing it and enjoying it. I must be playing a different game than 99 percent of the people on this board cause I'm not having these issues. As for my player I can't comment as I don't play that mode. I did on ps3 but with ps4 I'm more interested in mygm. I hope everyone has their issues resolved soon so we all can enjoy this amazing game!

No idea. Ronnie2K said it was out on release day in Europe but I only have one 269mb file on my PS4, not the 2gb second patch.

So I actually got to spend some quality time with the game after the patch.... I think it broke the game more! Never had any issues before the patch (never played the park) but now after..... I can't select anything but the default home team uni in quick play. Sound in the arena is terrible....... Fix it 2k please fix it!!!!

Is it just me or does anyone else hate the animation after blocks. Everytime you get a block or attempt a block your player goes into some sluggish uniteruptible animation that takes them right out of the play. It is driving me crazy. This is not realistic at all. I mean I get a block and because I go into this animation the person I just blocked gets the ball and puts it right back in. I mean it is terrible and hindering the game for me. You don't want the player to be able to react instantly after a block, but the animations after blocks are too long and take recovery control after block attempts away from the user completely.

Here is an example of what I am talking about. There should be a stumble by Nicholson after the block but it is entirely too long, and he turns his head and completely removes himself from the play.
