This is really poor from 2k how many people are out there with a game they cant play!!
Exactly the same for me. I'm gonna create another profile to play this game.

Exactly the same situation happening to me. If I find a troubleshooting method that works you'll be the first person I tell lol

Exact same thing for me! it's very frustrating. I'm thinking about get ahold of 2k support and seeing if I can get my money back for the game, seeing as I bought it digitally off of xbox live. If they say no, I'm gonna be pissed, because I did not buy a game that was broken, and they made it broken.

All we need to do is have the option to delete game saves without having to go through the game. *** **** Cloud storage, I went on xbox live chat to see if they could delete game saves but they cant . Its either that. Or our 2k Accounts are corrupted, which I dont know how to delete to start afresh. Seriously need to make 2k aware of this! tweet/facebook share as much as you can!

Also make a ticket on 2k help website. They may take an age to reply but atleast it will make them aware if everyone does it

Yep its definitely corrupted data and needs 2K to basically wipe things for us so we can start afresh ,my worry is this probably wont be done any time soon leaving us all with an unplayable game what is the best way to bring it to 2K's attention?

I didn't read thru the thread to see if this was suggested...

But if the mode of thinking is that it's corrupted data on their servers, then you can delete all of your 2K data from their servers. You'd lose your VC tho.

But, if I were still having these freezing issues and I thought it was corrupted data, I would do this:

First, take a picture of your user name with the amount of VC you currently have.

                      Then go to nba2k.com

Sign in with your 2K account details

It'll take you to a screen with all of your MyPlayer info

On the top right, there's a bar that has your MyPlayer's face and your user name. Click that.

A drop down menu appears, when it does, click 'MyPLAYER ACCOUNT'

Towards the bottom of the input fields, you'll see 'DELETE'

Click that, and it'll give you the warnings about deleting your 2K account. Then confirm you want to delete your account.

If you choose to go this route, go to 2ksupport.com and create a ticket explaining that you felt you had to delete your account because of corrupted data, but you had a VC balance, and send them the pic of your user name and the VC total (hopefully you'll get a refund, but I dunno.)

Just a heads up, I haven't done this because I'm not having freezing issues. But I get the feeling that there's a lot of people out there who don't know that they can delete their 2K data (if they believe corrupt data is causing the issues)

You'd have to recreate your 2K account, by the way.

Nice! I could well be up for doing and losing VC just to play the game! IF I know it works 100%. Which none of us do atm I guess. I would try it if I didn't have 30k VC waiting to spend on my MyPlayer.

Please update if anyone has tried this

Or maybe we should try on a dummy account first? just make a quick account, MyCareer save (yes it wont be glitched) but at least we would know if it does delete everything and start afresh!

The issue the OP recorded is the exact same issue I have had for two weeks now. I opened a ticket with 2k and have heard exactly nothing. I spoke with a 2k rep and explained what was going on and they asked for pictures of the error message. I told them there was no error message, it just never loaded the MyCareer/MyGM file and went straight back to main menu and he said they would get back to me.

                          Zip, nada, zilch.

2k, you are losing customers. Communication with your customer base is essential when there are gamebreaking errors like this.
