with the UBR being announced for 2k14 on PC, i've lost all interest in this game and this patch...

Ultimate base roster. Full comprehensive seasons from 1971 until now. About 260 teams full mods stadiums accessories shoes etc etc. It's fantastic

Let's face it, this game is broken and we are waiting for them to fix it. It's not like it needs a patch to address some issues, this game needs to be fixed. This is the most ****ed up game i've ever played. Nothing actually really works. My questions are, didn't this game need to be tested and certified before its release? If so, then how did this game come out like this when drive club and watchdogs were delayed probably for the same reasons? So should we continue to support a company that tricks us into buying unfinished products? EA is coming under fire for releasing battlefield 4 in its state, but all i see is nba 2k14 getting good reviews when the game is in worse shape than BF;4. There has to be some accountability in order to protect the customer. You wont see me buying another 2k game until i check forums to see how buggy the game is first. Goodbye to next gen pre-orders!!

Forums don't help either...unless u wait 2 weeks. I was the first or one of the first to start complaining about the current gen and next gen version of the games. Everyone kept saying they didn't see the problems and the game play fine. It takes a couple of weeks before ppl realize the crap thats in the game. I go in looking for the problems right away.

Yeah i'm done with the PS4 version, going to stick to PC from now on.

Bummer this is still being held up. I hope they didn't fux up the patch again and/or xbox isn't getting in the way with their "pipeline".

I'm missing the PC version now too but there are just a few things that would keep me on the One version.

Defensive Settings
I like POE its just that custom settings and being able to call them on the fly offered more control, improved the already suspect defensive AI and were more realistic.

A real roster reset sorta like what we got with 2k10 but much more

Fixing the damn sound. I hate announcers and the audience on the same sound channel. Out of all the games issues this was the one that bruised my cheek the hardest from facepalming. 2k14 had great sound on the PC now its like the crowed is in some Apache chant.

The Xbox controller glitch.

Any crash related to 'online' content

Kept my pc version and added some mods. I must say a real change of pace if you need it and quite good at that.

What did you add, if I may ask? I use Med's roster and Cam's global, and the TNT mod.

Hadn't been on since then but Yep I have all of those as well. As for what I did before I don't remember because I was adding stuff everyday courts dornas baskets player faces shoes etc

Has anybody heard anything about whether or not the approval period is still around 2 weeks? I think I might've read somewhere that on next-gen the period will be shortened but I don't know for sure. On 360 it was usually patch submitted, 2 weeks later patch was out.

Yep, since Red MC was released I've went back to my PC and haven't touched the PS4 again. Knowing that we'll have UBR too I decided to sell the NG version no matter what the patch brings with him.

Patch 3 is the big one folks. Lots in there, so it's requiring some solid development time. This patch just resolves a few key issues to get some people playing and to ensure a few key services are functioning correctly. The lead time on patches (from when we're done to release) for XB1/PS4 is upwards of 2 weeks depending on first party load.
