MyCareer and MyGM
During my career after i play a game it kicks me back to the menu and doesn't save my progress. The same thing occurs when playing a game or making a trade in mygm.
I have tried deleting files and uninstalling/reinstalling game. Nothing seems to work. I have had these problems since before Christmas break. I wish these issues could be resolved these are mainly the only modes i play on 2k

Ive got the same exact problem for the same system. To be honest i'm tired of it. How are suppose to enjoy a game if its keeps crashing on everything we do.

Playing a season and chose Cavs. I can't edit the rotation because when I select rotation edit it shows 76ers as my team. When I play games, it's Cleveland though.

Not sure if you found a workaround yet, but if you go to the roster tab and go to your team, then exit tab, select coaching tab, you should see your team.

Can't advance playoffs after completing the first round

In MyGM apon start the playoffs after a full season and winning the first round before the AI make it to round 2 sometimes causes the game to get stuck. The AI take extra games to make round 2 while you sit there with a blank game main screen because you have no competitor yet. You cannot advance in any way. The "Simulate through date" option doesn't not function at all.

Save game now appears ruined after a full season of playing.

My only solution has been using a backup save I found on my PS Plus cloud, PS Plus automatically backups your saves and archives them allowing me to go back to a previous save from the day before and sim to the same spot, which this time doesn't get stuck. My advice to all playing MyGM on both PS4 and XB1 is to backup saves when you reach the playoffs so you can go back if it get's stuck, otherwise the full season is ruined.

MYTeam -> any mode (domination, tournament etc)

SPECIFIC DETAILS. CAN IT BE RECREATED?:
Random Disconnection due to lost connection to 2k server and/or crush to the dashboard. As it is random I cannot systematically recreate it, just play a while and it will happen, usually during a quarter break of game cut-sceen (probably when it tries to contact the on-line servers).

Not really, tested connection , natting etc , opened ports on the router , everything else is working fine, even other NBA 2K14 modes (MyGM, My carreer, quick games etc.), also other games are not experiencing this issue.

SPECIFIC DETAILS - Can't advance in playoffs after sweeping the Hawks in the first round.

I'm just looking for help on how to load up a previous save. When looking at my application save data I have Slot1, Slot2, Slot3 with previous dates so I wanted to know what all I need to delete, load, etc to get this working again..if possible. Pretty discouraged... (in 2nd season)

I got hit by the bug that booted me from MyCareer sometime before Patch#4. So I started a new career but I haven't finished the first game, only character creation.

I heard the bug was fixed so I'm trying to load the file. The MyCareer file lists my old team and OVR but when I select it, it takes me to that first scrimmage game with my new character.

I'd just start over but I already did too much grinding.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a way around it?

I've restarted and restarted so many times and it continues to do it.... Can someone help me out with this problem... Thanks in advance...

I just got the same glitch an hour ago... Fixed this by pressing X and A randomly, i think it's just a " Goal " that don't appear properly, hope it helps!

I can't play the game with a user profile. Only when I log in as a guest can I play the game. The screen just goes blank after the team screen. The intro never starts. POS game.

Takes 15-30 minutes sitting on the black screen at the beginning to even start. Nothing speeds it up. It worked fine before Patch #4, now its a chore to even start up the game. I'm wondering if it's going to even start up this time.

After ending a game it takes me to where it says it's saving my vc to the 2k servers or something like that. After about 5 mins of waiting I click X which was the option to cancel. I figured this would just take me back to mygm menu and not be autosaved. Well it took me all the way back to the main menu where it is asking me to created a gm and all that. What the heck ? Why would they send me all the way back to the main menu? The game i played is lost forever

have the same problem here. I was watching NBA Today in game and then it crashed back to PS4 main menu. Now the game takes forever to get off this stupid black screen before it loads. WTF?

I found a solution. When you're stuck at the black screen, press the PS button on your controller to go to the dashboard. Select Settings>Network>Test Connection. Close and then go back to the game and you will see the cinematic.
